So this comment made me think and it's now my headcanon that Suu already has a lover. That Harmony's axe was given to him because he was supposed to marry Mercy and the two weapons are bonded. It's silly but it's all your fault lol

Does pre-ordering give you any benefit Will? As a rule I normally do not because it used to mess up the order and actually would delay me getting the book. Willing to risk it if it does literally anything for you.

I have had that happen but for the last year or more I have been getting them earlier like 4-8 hours earlier than listed but most of the time it midnight of the day give or take your timezone.

I am thinking it will be released October 1st in keeping with Will's track record of releasing books on the first of the month. Now there is a possibility that " Will legit" is really Will trolling us and thus the book comes out prior to October.

The only thing I'm worried/curious about is how far the book's going to go in the story. Will the year long training be montage? Or will the Tournament be glossed over in order to shorten it? How much Orthos and Kelsa action will there be in the story? As much as I love the books I feel that they're too short in order to accommodate another story line. Additionally, the amount of story development possibilities involving a grumpy/slightly hostile Akura clan and a year's worth of Sage grade Training. Lindon and Pride are bound to be rivals. If that is flushed out then there's no time for the Tournament. But if the Tournament is flushed out then the training montage is being sacrificed.

Honestly I hope that the title is misleading. I hope that they focus on the Training time period and their development and character growth. And Just Arrive at the Tournament at the end of the book. I'm also Hoping for an epic final tournament battle between Lindon and Ethan, with Yerin and Mercy taking a 3rd and 4th place.

I could see it as live action on Netflix. Check out the movie "Swordmaster" on Netflix. Some of those fight scenes made me think of Cradle.
