Here we are at the end of 2014, everyone, and I'd like to close out the year by releasing two books simultaneously.

December 30th, 2014, you will be able to read the first parallel books in the Elder Empire series: Of Sea and Shadow and Of Shadow and Sea.

Now if you'll excuse me, I have to get back to last-minute edits.

I also predict much searching of Amazon as I refresh every 5 minutes until they show up. Amazon should pay you for every minute someone spends on their website because of you.

Amazon does pay him -- 70% of the sales revenue that his ebooks collect, I assume.

It's a little more complicated than just "70% of all sales!" like Kindle would have you believe.

That said, I have never complained about the amount of money I receive from Amazon. Not at all. It's a FAR better deal than you get from a traditional publisher. Ridiculously so.

And thanks, April! I can't believe the pre-order went up. Amazon told me it wouldn't, which is why I didn't announce it.

What a bunch of liars! How dare they do their jobs better than promised!
