I'm turning 29 today!
To celebrate crossing half a million total sales (which happened a few months ago), we're doing something special for my birthday: I'm taking my family out to Victoria & Albert's restaurant tonight! Also, for a truly classy celebratory experience, we went to see The Meg. No spoilers, but I went into it wanting to see Jason Statham in hand-to-hand combat with a giant shark, and my birthday wish was granted. Thanks for reading Ghostwater! -Will

Happy Birthday! I'm.....considerably older than you. Luckily I already had my break down and cry over a life not chosen when I saw "Finding Forester"....lol. So now I can just admire the hell out an incredibly talented writer, and wish him continued success.

Yeah but a lot of that has likely gone to certain expenses, such as artists whom draw the book covers, hateful taxes, living expenses, an funday in his basement armed with nuclear tech...etc

Probably advertising too. From what I've read, you've got to spend at least $50 per day on Amazon ads for them to be effective at keeping your rankings up.
